In-House Vegetation Operatives or Team - Anglia Region

Railscape Ltd are looking for a skilled Vegetation Arborist Operative to work as part of a team for railway contracts in the Anglia area. You will be responsible for delivering vegetation services, including tree felling, chainsaw use and basic maintenance, site clearance, fence line clearance, tree pruning and branch removal, ensuring work is followed correctly and to a high standard.

Qualifications Required:

• Holding the competency of CS30/31 upwards
• PTS
• Full UK driving license

Desirable:

• COSS – Controller of site safety
• SW – Site warden
• 201/202 - Award in chainsaw maintenance and cross-cutting
• 203 - Award in felling and processing trees up to 380mm
• 301 - Award in felling and processing trees over 380mm
• 306 - Award in aerial tree rescue operations
• 308 - Award in aerial cutting of trees with a chainsaw using free fall techniques
• 204 - Award in branch removal and breakdown of a crown
• 309 - Award in aerial tree rigging
• Wood Chipper
• Stump Grinder
• B+E Trailer

All tools, equipment and PPE will be issued.

Contract: Full time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary negotiable dependant on experience
